Hey! I'm Debbie!

I am eager to provide you with elite service for your real estate transactions. I am licensed and certified and the owner of Elite TC Management. My goal is to free up your valuable time by managing your files and making sure they are compliant. To also make sure your clients are return clients by providing them with the best customer service and a smooth transaction.

I know first hand how challenging it can be to balance a family and to be an integral part of business.

Working full time, my husband and I raised our two children in Orange County. During that time, I was employed by major corporations, Toshiba, Coldwell Banker and Transamerica were a few, while serving in their Human Resources departments. I wanted to be more in charge of my own life and with my fascination of the real estate industry, I found the perfect work-balance for me.

It is not an easy task, therefore, my desire is to help those real estate agents who are needing more work-life balance to obtain their goals.

Our children are now grown with families of their own. Along with my husband Dan, we have our daughter Natalie and our son Dustin. Besides being their mom, I am Mimi to five  wonderful grandchildren. Our family spends a lot of our free time outdoors. And I love taking my little ones on their individual Disneyland trips. When I can, I enjoy diving into a good book for solitude.

My goal is to help other busy real estate women to find that much needed life balance so they can enjoy more time with what is most important to them.
